Key Responsibilities

Administer and support corporate network environments including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center;

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IP/MPLS networks, Metro Ethernet, and routing protocols;

Plan, implement, and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance;

Manage communication links, vendors, and telecommunications carriers;

Analyze and resolve critical infrastructure and network incidents following ITIL best practices;

Participate in expansion projects, Data Center migrations, and deployment of new network equipment;

Implement and maintain information security solutions, Network Access Control (NAC), vulnerability management, and support SOC and Blue Team operations;

Create technical documentation, operational procedures, network diagrams, and technical reports;

Support internal and external clients with infrastructure, connectivity, and telecommunications demands;

Handle traffic prioritization, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of the network environment.


Requirements and Skills

Solid experience in administering and supporting network and telecommunications environments;

Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, and Metro Ethernet;

Experience in advanced troubleshooting of corporate networks and backbones;

Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Wireless networks;

Experience managing links, carriers, and telecommunications vendors;

Knowledge of network monitoring, performance analysis, and optimization;

Experience with technical documentation, operational procedures, and change management;

Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, and problem management;

Knowledge of Information Security, Network Access Control (Forescout), Vulnerability Management (Tenable), and support for SOC/Blue Team operations;

Desirable knowledge of Pentesting, Red Team operations, and ISO 27001 standards;

Desirable certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Huawei (HCIA/HCIP), CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or related.


Education

Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
