AFFIRMATIVE ACTION VACANCY FOR PCD – TELECOM TECHNICIAN

📍 Location: South Zone / São Paulo

⏰ Schedule: 5x2 – from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 13:30 to 22:30 (with on-call rotation)

🎯 Main Activities

• Execute and technically supervise structured cabling (UTP/FTP) and fiber optic (installation, splicing, and termination) activities

• Work with racks, DIOs, and patch panels, ensuring organization and compliance

• Perform network point certification

• Monitor and validate installations performed by third parties

• Technically coordinate actions for incident containment and restoration

• Work with IP telephony infrastructure, data and voice systems, CCTV, and access control

• Support operational tests and maintenance windows

• Update technical documentation, diagrams, and intervention records

• Ensure compliance with client standards, information security, and use of PPE

• Provide technical support to the team and guide field activities

• Prepare technical records and reports

🛠 Technical Knowledge

• UTP, FTP, and fiber optic cabling

• Fiber splicing and termination

• Network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Wireless)

• Network certification using Fluke equipment (Copper, Optical, and OTDR)

• Organization of racks, DIOs, and patch panels

• Structured cabling infrastructure (Furukawa, Commscope, Panduit, and Siemon)

• Reading and interpreting structured cabling projects

• Physical infrastructure: cable trays, conduits, cable ducts, and cable management

• Knowledge in CCTV, access control, and automation

• Experience with imVision (Commscope) will be considered a plus
