Tech Lead Full Stack (.NET) - Hybrid - São Paulo/SP

We are in full expansion in the electric mobility market and are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the development of our electric charging station management product.

This is a strategic challenge, with the opportunity to build technology and processes from the ground up in a rapidly transforming sector.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead the platform's construction, defining architecture, best practices, and standards in .NET;

• Implement and manage agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure rhythm and efficiency in deliveries;

• Support the formation of a lean development team, with a strategic vision and prioritization capability;

• Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing clarity on progress and results;

• Code when necessary, ensuring technical quality and speed in deliveries.

Requirements

• Solid experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and full stack development;

• Experience in technical leadership, agile methodologies, and teams in the structuring phase;

• Good communication and prioritization skills in dynamic scenarios;

• Knowledge in Google Cloud and RESTful APIs is a plus.
