What is the challenge of the position?

Assist in the analysis and review of medical records, nursing records, and other care documents.

Support the verification of record compliance with institutional protocols, standards, and established procedures.

Assist in identifying inconsistencies, pending items, and opportunities for improvement in care processes.

Support the collection, organization, and consolidation of data and indicators related to auditing.

Contribute to the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with the results of the analyses performed.

Assist in monitoring action plans and verifying implemented improvements.

Participate in meetings and educational activities related to quality, patient safety, and good care practices.

Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and compliance with data protection regulations.

Perform activities compatible with the internship, always under supervision and respecting the scope of practice of the Nursing student.
