What is the challenge of the role?

Identify client needs and turn them into technical requirements and viable solutions.

Define architectures, prepare technical documentation, and support the development of new features.

Plan deliveries, estimate efforts, and manage product backlogs and roadmaps.

Guide development teams during implementation, ensuring quality and compliance with requirements.

Support the support, quality, and implementation teams in problem resolution, testing, acceptance, and deliveries.

Act as a technical reference, promoting integration between squads and continuous system evolution.

Lead and develop people, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.

What we expect from you:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields, or a background in healthcare with extensive IT experience.

Experience with Oracle databases, advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and query optimization.

Experience with systems analysis, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and process modeling.

Experience with N3 support, incident diagnosis, and resolution.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and viable solutions.

Experience defining architectures, estimates, delivery planning, and backlog and roadmap management.

Ability to guide development teams and support testing, acceptance, and deployments.

Strong communication skills to interact with clients, managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Leadership profile, organization, analytical reasoning, initiative, and collaboration.

Not required, but we would love if you had...

Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, Angular, React, and PL/SQL.

Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle, including creating and maintaining DDL and DML scripts.

Knowledge of SUS and health information systems, such as e-SUS APS, SIGTAP, CNES, RNDS, SISAB, SI-PNI, SIH/SIA, and e-SUS Notifica.

Experience with integrations via APIs, web services, HL7/FHIR, and file exchange between systems.

Knowledge of ITIL, incident and problem management, system customization, and implementation.

Understanding of LGPD applied to health data, access control, and auditing.

Experience creating manuals, technical notes, and standard operating procedures.

Experience leading squads, developing people, disseminating knowledge, and collaborating across teams.
