What is the challenge of the role?

Work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of systems, analyzing requirements and technical artifacts to implement quality solutions, following the development standards and processes adopted by the company. Contribute to identifying and fixing defects, optimizing code, reusing components, and continuously improving products.

What we expect from you:

Completed higher education in Computer Science or related fields;

Advanced knowledge of SQL, with a focus on performance and query optimization, using Oracle and PostgreSQL;

Mastery of programming logic and logical reasoning;

Knowledge of Java, Spring, Angular, React, REST and SOAP APIs;

Experience with Git and Jira;

Knowledge of agile and Waterfall methodologies;

Ability to analyze requirements and technical artifacts, assessing impacts, architecture, business rules, data access layers, and user interfaces;

Ability to develop components, identify code reuse opportunities, write unit tests, and perform local testing;

Ability to identify, analyze, and fix bugs, defects, and inconsistencies in systems;

Ability to clarify technical questions from business and test analysts about how the source code works;

Ability to evaluate data flows, correct requirements deviations, and implement improvements that contribute to product quality;

Ability to document developed methods and procedures, creating artifacts for inspection and ensuring code quality.

Not required, but we would love it if...

You have experience identifying and implementing improvements and customizations in products;

You have experience with technical impact analysis and assessment of architecture solutions;

You have experience with code quality practices, unit testing, and component reuse;

You are familiar with different software development methodologies, including agile and traditional approaches.
