100% REMOTE POSITION

What is the challenge of the role?

Work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of the Dentalis system, focusing on performance improvements, code quality, and production environment support.

Develop and maintain legacy systems in VB.NET and C#;

Implement performance improvements and code best practices;

Perform integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs;

Support analysis and correction of incidents in production;

Participate in agile routines, contributing to sprint planning and execution;

Work practically in a complex environment, with a strong focus on business rules and database.

What we expect from you:

Experience with VB.NET (WebForms / ASPX) and C# (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core);

Experience with legacy system maintenance;

Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations;

Understanding of layered architecture;

Proficiency in SQL Server (stored procedures, views, functions);

Experience with query optimization and performance analysis (indexes and execution plans);

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX;

Experience with version control using Git (GitHub or GitLab);

Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira;

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum);

Ability to work with autonomy and low supervision;

Ease in reading and understanding legacy code;

Proactive, collaborative profile with a focus on problem solving.

Not required, but we would love it if...

Experience with microservices architecture;

Knowledge of more modern versions of .NET Core;

Experience with cloud, especially AWS;

Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices;

Experience with B2B SaaS systems;

Experience with healthcare systems.
