What is the challenge of the position?

Follow the development process used by the company, using the current artifacts and standards for your area of expertise;

Analyze the artifacts sent by systems analysts, assess impact, architecture, business layer, access layer, and user interface, aiming to understand what needs to be developed and how it will be done;

Describe unit tests, code components, identify reuse, and perform local tests, using the tools adopted by the company (Java, .Net, Forms, Report, iReport, etc.), to develop the requested requirements through the specifications prepared by systems analysts and business analysts;

Identify and fix bugs in the system;

Clarify questions from business analysts and test analysts related to the functioning of the source code;

Correct and adjust requirement distortions that are causing errors or inconsistencies, through requests opened in the company's activity management tool, evaluating and analyzing the data flow, aiming to eliminate errors and increase product quality;

Create artifacts for inspection, detailing all methods and procedures created, aiming to ensure the quality of the developed code.

What we expect from you:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;

Knowledge of one of the development platforms (PL/SQL, Forms, Java, Delphi, Flex, or .NET);

Object-oriented programming;

Intermediate knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and iReport;

Knowledge of programming logic (logical reasoning);

In testing, intermediate knowledge of Robot, Python, JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete.

Not mandatory, but we would love it if...

Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;

Intermediate knowledge of a configuration management tool (GIT or similar);

CTFL / CTAL-TM certification. Agile methodology.
