What is the challenge of the role?

Be the tactical link between the Transformation, Technology, and business areas, leading the implementation and evolution of automations and Artificial Intelligence agents. You will:

Lead and prioritize the backlog of automations and AI agents, ensuring focus on the initiatives with the greatest business impact and return;

Work closely with Operations leaders to identify bottlenecks, map processes, and turn needs into practical technological solutions;

Guide the team in designing workflows, integrations, and best practices for using generative AI and automations;

Monitor performance indicators of solutions in production and promote continuous improvements;

Coordinate the implementation of new systems, tracking schedules, configurations, and the transition to operations;

Ensure that solutions are stable, secure, scalable, and sustainable, generating gains in efficiency, productivity, and reduction of manual effort.

What we expect from you:

Experience with process automation, RPA, and/or Generative Artificial Intelligence;

Experience creating or using AI agents, such as Gemini;

Experience mapping and improving operational processes;

Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;

Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions;

Tactical leadership profile, working closely with the team and focused on problem-solving;

Orientation toward efficiency, productivity, and reducing manual activities;

Resilience and ease of working in dynamic environments with scope changes.

Not required, but we would love it if...

You have basic knowledge of ERP and API integrations;

You have already worked on system implementations for new clients;

You have experience monitoring KPIs, efficiency indicators, and project ROI;

You have experience supporting and evolving automation and AI solutions in production.
