What is the challenge of this role?

Coordinate the activities of the systems development and support team;

Ensure the support, evolution, and availability of applications;

Distribute demands, monitor priorities, and ensure compliance with SLAs;

Provide technical support to the team in resolving incidents and handling high-complexity demands;

Act as the interface between business areas and the technical team;

Participate in project planning, estimates, and schedule definition;

Oversee testing, validation, and deployments, ensuring delivery quality;

Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation;

Support the technical development and growth of the team.

What we expect from you:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields;

Experience in systems development, systems analysis, or application support;

Experience in technical leadership or team coordination;

Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;

Experience managing demands using Jira;

Knowledge of relational databases;

Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills;

Experience monitoring metrics and SLAs.

Not required, but we'd love it if...

You have experience with REST API integrations;

You have knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, OCI, or GCP);

You have experience with quality and productivity metrics;

You hold agile certifications, such as PSM, CSM, or similar.
