What is the challenge of the role?

Prepare meeting minutes for meetings held with client stakeholders;

Mentor and train Mid-level and Junior consultants;

When necessary and designated by the project manager, act as project leader, conducting status meetings and/or decision-making meetings for your area of expertise.

What we expect from you:

Completed higher education degree (Business Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, Accounting, Health Management, Information Systems, or related fields); Knowledge and experience of processes and workflows in the health/hospital sector;

Advanced knowledge of the system modules for Care, IT, Support, and modules related to your field of study, such as supplies, care, financial control, diagnostics, and billing (SUS and private insurance), as well as basic knowledge of billing and financial control modules (if these are not related to your area of expertise);

Knowledge of the BIZAGI tool;

Extensive experience as a consultant in the market and/or having worked with large-scale ERP systems;

Availability to travel.

Not required, but we would love it if...

Completed postgraduate degree or MBA in your field of study;

Advanced/Fluent English or Spanish;

Mastery of PMBOK best practices;

Experience, at other companies, in training for the implementation of similar systems or in administrative roles in hospitals or related areas.
