100% ON-SITE POSITION IN MINEIROS - GO (Jataí, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Serranópolis, or Chapadão do Céu)

What is the challenge of the position?

Conduct the survey and analysis of client processes, identifying improvement opportunities aligned with market best practices and system functionalities.

Configure the Soul MV modules, with a focus on the Patient Electronic Health Record (PEP) and Supplies.

Act in a consultative manner with clients, supporting the adoption of best practices and promoting greater operational efficiency.

Conduct training and capacity-building for multiplier and end users, ensuring the correct use of the solution.

Monitor tickets, tracking their progress and reporting status to the Project Manager.

Support the Project Manager in meeting the implementation schedule, preparing and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, manuals, sign-offs, and other records.

Provide support during the post-Go-Live period, monitoring the go-live, contributing to solution stability, and assisting users in resolving questions and critical situations.

What we expect from you:

Experience with system implementation and configuration.

Knowledge of hospital processes and care and/or supply routines.

Experience with process survey and mapping.

Good communication, teaching skills, and ability to conduct training.

Analytical skills, organization, and ease of working with different audiences.

Availability to travel as needed for projects.

Not required, but we would love if you...

Have experience with the Soul MV system.

Have knowledge of the Patient Electronic Health Record (PEP) and Supplies modules.

Have experience in hospital management system implementation projects.

Be familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
