Conduct client process mapping and analysis, proposing improvements aligned with market best practices and system functionalities.

Configure Soul MV modules, with a focus on Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and Supplies.

Conduct training and enablement sessions for key users and end users, ensuring proper use of the solution.

Work in a consultative manner with clients, supporting the adoption of best practices and promoting greater operational efficiency.

Track support tickets, monitoring their progress and reporting status to the Project Manager.

Support the Project Manager in meeting the implementation schedule, preparing and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, manuals, sign-offs, and other records.

Provide support during the post-Go-Live period, monitoring go-live operations, ensuring solution stability, and assisting users with questions and critical issues.
