What is the challenge of this position?

Conduct an assessment and analysis of the client's processes, proposing improvements aligned with market best practices and system capabilities;

Configure the Soul MV modules, with a focus on the Electronic Patient Record (PEP) and Public Health;

Conduct training and enablement sessions for key users and end users, ensuring the correct use of the solution;

Act in a consultative capacity with clients, supporting the adoption of best practices and promoting greater operational efficiency;

Monitor support tickets, tracking their progress and reporting status to the Project Manager;

Support the Project Manager in meeting the implementation schedule, preparing and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, manuals, sign-offs, and other records;

Provide support during the post-Go-Live period, monitoring the operational launch, ensuring solution stability, and assisting users in resolving questions and critical issues.
