What is the challenge of this role?

Define and evolve backend system architecture, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and business needs;

Design and review integrations between services, APIs, and microservices;

Support development teams in making technical decisions and code reviews;

Ensure observability, performance, and resilience of applications;

Collaborate with corporate architects and technical leaders in defining technology strategies;

Develop technical documentation and best practice guides;

Participate in impact analyses and technical roadmap planning.

What we expect from you:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;

Solid experience with backend Java languages and frameworks;

Expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and messaging patterns;

Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases;

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices;

Familiarity with security, scalability, and observability principles.

Not required, but we'd love it if...

Previous experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
