What is the challenge of this position?

Develop and maintain features end-to-end, from modeling to production delivery;

Define architecture, code patterns, and best practices together with the team;

Identify performance, scalability, and security bottlenecks, proposing and implementing improvements;

Identify technical debt and opportunities for technological updates;

Propose technical improvements and enhancements in the products;

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams to solve complex problems.

What we expect from you:

Experience with system development and maintenance;

Knowledge of software architecture, code patterns, and development best practices;

Experience with code review and technical guidance for junior and mid-level developers;

Ability to participate in requirements refinement and effort estimation with the Product team;

Analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improvement in performance, scalability, and security;

Ability to identify technical debt and propose technological enhancements.
