What is the challenge of the role?

Support the mapping and documentation of the area's processes and value streams;

Assist in identifying bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities;

Support the administration and maintenance of data in management tools, such as Jira and Confluence;

Assist in extracting and organizing data for dashboard updates and indicator tracking;

Monitor the area's routines and support the team in applying agile methodologies;

Contribute to organizing and improving processes, developing knowledge in data analysis and technology routines.

What we expect from you:

Undergraduate degree in progress or recently completed in Information Technology or related fields;

Theoretical knowledge or academic/internship experience with process analysis, documentation, and mapping;

Familiarity with process modeling tools, such as Bizagi or Visio;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Organization, attention to deadlines, and ease of working in a team;

Good communication and initiative;

Interest in learning and developing in data analysis, processes, and technology routines.

Not required, but we would love if...

You have knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and/or Kanban;

You know Jira Software or similar task management tools;

You have initial familiarity with LGPD;

You have knowledge of flow metrics and performance indicators (KPIs);

You have already had contact with dashboards or data organization and analysis routines.
