What is the challenge of the role?

Conduct needs assessment and analysis with clients, users, and internal areas;

Understand business problems and map processes, flows, rules, exceptions, and dependencies;

Transform needs into clear and structured functional requirements;

Prepare functional specifications, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria;

Participate in building and validating flows and prototypes;

Refine requirements with Development and QA teams;

Support estimates, prioritization, and delivery planning;

Monitor development and perform functional validations, ensuring adherence to requirements;

Support issue investigation, differentiating bugs, configurations, and improvement opportunities;

Lead client meetings for requirements gathering, process understanding, and solution validation;

Support implementation, integration, and SpinCare evolution projects;

Work in an integrated way with Product, Development, QA, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success;

Monitor regulatory and operational changes in the healthcare sector that may impact the product.

What we expect from you:

Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Nursing, Hospital Management, healthcare fields, or related areas;

Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation;

Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional specifications;

Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle;

Experience with backlog refinement and interaction with Development and QA;

Ability to map processes and understand complex operational flows;

Knowledge of systems or processes in the healthcare segment;

Ability to analyze data, rules, integrations, and systemic behaviors.

Not required, but we would love if...

Experience with Home Care, Healthcare, or HealthTech software;

Knowledge of home care company operations;

Knowledge of TISS/TUSS and medical billing;

Experience with prototyping tools;

Experience with Movidesk or similar tools;

Experience in software projects, from needs assessment to implementation.
