Senior People & Management Analyst - People Analytics

What is the challenge of this role?

Develop data analyses and strategic HR metrics, identifying trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

Build and monitor dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.

Analyze and control labor costs, including payroll, charges, benefits, and provisions.

Monitor the budget and identify variances between budgeted, actual, and projected values.

Analyze personnel expenses in the income statement, identifying financial impacts resulting from headcount movements, adjustments, and organizational changes.

Prepare critical analyses and management presentations to support the Executive Board.

Automate reports and processes, reducing manual activities and rework.

Propose improvements in system integration and metrics management, strengthening a data-driven decision-making culture.

What we expect from you:

Knowledge of People Analytics and data analysis.

Knowledge of Controlling, costs, and corporate budgeting.

Experience with income statement analysis and expense monitoring.

Knowledge of labor costs and payroll.

Advanced Excel.

Advanced Power BI, including dashboard and metrics development.

Knowledge of SQL for queries and data manipulation.

Knowledge of data modeling, processing, and cross-referencing.

Ability to perform financial analyses and interpret performance metrics.

Not required, but we would love if you had...

Experience in mid-sized or large companies.

Experience with payroll systems and ERP.

Knowledge of matrix budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Knowledge of Python and automation tools.

Experience integrating HR and Controlling data.
