Are you passionate about transforming raw data into business strategies? Do you have a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments? Then this role is for you!
We are looking for a professional to join our performance team, leading our data culture, generating actionable insights, and optimizing the consumer journey across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Analytics Expertise: Produce reports, dashboards, and strategic analyses focused on user behavior, traffic sources, and the performance of websites and online media.
- Multi-Channel Measurement: Measure results from campaigns across multiple sources (CRM, Paid Media such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, among others).
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Deeply analyze the consumer journey to recommend structural and content improvements for websites and landing pages.
- Agile Routine: Actively participate in multidisciplinary digital performance teams, consolidating daily results (daily meetings) and generating rapid insights.
Technical Requirements
- DataViz & BI: Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools (Looker Studio / DataStudio, Power BI).
- Tagging: Practical experience with implementing and managing tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Data Manipulation: Experience in extracting and manipulating large volumes of data using BigQuery.
- Excel: Advanced knowledge for rapid analysis and cross-referencing datasets.
General Requirements
- Languages: Advanced or fluent English or Spanish (will be tested during the process).
- Proactive profile with excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business recommendations (data storytelling).
