Senior QA Analyst – AI Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with strong expertise in test automation and who uses Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance quality work. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and systems, applying modern testing practices and using AI resources to accelerate the creation, execution, and maintenance of test suites.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks
• Develop and maintain automations using Python, Selenium, and Playwright
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security tests
• Use AI tools to accelerate and expand QA work — generating test cases, data sets, automation scripts, and coverage analysis
• Test REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring contracts and expected behaviors
• Analyze and report quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements
• Act as a technical reference in QA within the team, conducting code reviews and mentoring

Required qualifications

• Solid experience in test automation with Python, Selenium, and/or Playwright
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API testing
• Experience using AI tools applied to testing (e.g., test case generation, automation support, scenario analysis)
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control (Git)
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to create and maintain scalable and easy-to-maintain test suites

Differentials

• Experience with Prompt Engineering applied to generating test cases and data
• Familiarity with AI tools for QA (e.g., test generation assistants, automation copilots)
• Knowledge in testing applications involving AI/LLMs
• Experience with tools such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar
• Familiarity with advanced CI/CD practices and test observability
