We are looking for a Customer Success professional to act strategically in managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on maximizing results, retention, and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio, ensuring results are achieved and satisfaction is maintained throughout the entire journey;
- Work directly on improving customer lifetime value (LTV);
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Lead the complete end-to-end customer process, including:
- Onboarding;
- Training;
- Level 1 Support;
- Ongoing follow-up (post-sales);
- Develop close, consultative relationships with clients;
- Monitor success metrics and propose actions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or related fields;
- Clear communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
- Analytical profile with a focus on metrics and results;
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously;
- Proactivity and a sense of ownership.
