Memed is a healthtech that connects doctors, partners, and patients through digital prescription solutions. Its platform is embedded in partners' products, delivering an efficient prescription experience for doctors and simple, reliable, and scalable integrations.
About the role
As a Mid-level Product Manager, you will have the mission of ensuring the evolution and scale of Memed's B2B, connecting an efficient prescription experience for doctors to simple, reliable, and scalable integrations for partners. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and partners, with a strong technical component.
Responsibilities
- Doctor experience in B2B: conduct discovery with doctors and partners' clinical teams, map friction points in the embedded prescription workflow, and prioritize improvements that increase adoption and efficiency.
- Integration product: evolve the technical layer that connects Memed to partners (APIs, SDK, embed architecture, authentication, webhooks, multi-tenant) and, eventually, to partners' partners (third parties). Write PRDs and technical specifications with the Tech Lead and make architecture trade-off decisions based on product impact.
- Partner onboarding: standardize technical onboarding (checklist, environments, public documentation, acceptance criteria), reducing deployment time and rework across Sales, CS, and Engineering.
- Quality and observability: define integration health metrics (errors, latency, adoption by partner) and ensure monitoring that detects issues proactively and preventively.
- Technical interface with partners: participate in meetings with partners' IT and product teams to support Sales and Implementation teams in driving platform adoption and buy-in, translate needs into requirements, and clearly defend Memed's technical decisions.
- Backlog and rituals management: prioritize, refine, and track squad delivery, keeping living documentation in Notion and Jira.
- Cross-team coordination: align dependencies with Sales, CS/After-Sales, Legal/Regulatory, and Data, and communicate releases so CS can guide the partner.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with relevant experience in technical products: platform, API, integrations, or product infrastructure.
- Minimum technical fluency: read API documentation, understand API logic, endpoints and webhooks, authentication (OAuth, JWT, tokens), iframe/embed, staging and production environments, and analyze logs/Inspect. You don't need to code, but you must be able to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C with multiple external stakeholders, including client IT teams.
- Clear writing of PRDs, specs, and technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Data usage in day-to-day work: reading and navigating dashboards and defining product metrics.
- Discovery with end users and technical clients, and the ability to reconcile the two when they diverge.
- Confident communication with technical counterparts and partner executives.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve strong alignment on product changes.
Differentials
- Experience in healthtech or health interoperability (HL7 FHIR, TISS/TUSS, electronic health records, HIS, telemedicine).
- Experience leading integration deployments with enterprise clients, from technical kick-off to go-live.
- Education or prior experience in engineering, systems analysis, or integration.
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Postman, Datadog or Grafana, Metabase, and Databricks.
- Basic knowledge of Brazil's health regulatory context (CFM, ANVISA, LGPD).

- Systems thinking.
- Prioritization.
- Communication.
