About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the Memed platform modernization, connecting the evolution of the product's key journeys to the creation of a simpler, more consistent, and scalable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the platform modernization end to end, from discovery to post-launch results analysis.
• Design the evolution of prescribing into a patient-centered care journey that brings together history, clinical information, prescriptions, exams, and documents.
• Rethink the medication search and listing experience, balancing the doctor's needs with business objectives.
• Create new components and adapt existing ones, actively contributing to the evolution of the Design System with the rest of the team.
• Plan and conduct research with doctors to validate hypotheses before making decisions.
• Define success metrics with Product and use data to guide and adjust solutions.
• Work in a triad with PM and Engineering, negotiating scope and anticipating misalignments.
• Use AI critically to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and analysis.
• Raise the team's bar by sharing practices and supporting less experienced designers.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Designer in technology companies.
• A portfolio that shows the complete process: problem framing, discovery, decisions, and outcomes.
• Experience with complex products, such as B2B SaaS, management tools, or flows with many rules.
• Mastery of visual craft, prototyping, and information architecture in complex flows.
• Experience contributing to a Design System and creating components.
• Autonomy to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Use of metrics to support decisions, including reading A/B tests and analytics tools.
• Clear communication for diverse audiences and the ability to influence PM, Engineering, and leadership.
• Consistent and critical use of AI in the design process.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Experience with modernization or replatforming projects for legacy products.
• Experience with search, catalog, or listing with sponsored results.
• Front-end knowledge or experience prototyping with code and AI tools, such as Claude Code, Lovable, or v0.
