Responsibilities:

• Strategic Backlog Management: Structure and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring a balance between new features, bug fixes, and technical debt, always with a focus on the macro business vision.
• Requirements Refinement: Translate complex needs regarding medical billing and financial management into clear, detailed user stories ready for development.
• Communication Centralization: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, filtering requests and preventing direct interruptions to the development team.
• Product Definition: Transform business vision into tangible deliverables, detailing validation rules, navigation flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Delivery Validation: Ensure that what has been developed meets the necessary requirements for the solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner: Solid experience in backlog management, writing user stories, and agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Supplementary Healthcare: Understanding of Health Insurance Operator workflows, medical billing, and denial management (glosas).
• Financial/Banking Knowledge: Experience with financial management systems, bank reconciliation rules, boleto issuance, and payment integrations.
• Tools: Experience with project management software.
• Product Vision: Ability to analyze the macro scenario and plan for the medium and long term.
• Organization and Method: Skill in structuring processes and documenting business rules.
• Negotiation and Leadership: Ability to align expectations with clients and stakeholders, knowing how to prioritize what brings the most value to the product.
• Autonomy and Proactivity: Business Owner mindset. Ability to identify a problem and think of solutions for the situation.
• Builder Profile: Enjoy creating processes, offering suggestions, and generating ideas.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a team, sharing ideas, and fostering a positive environment for working with others.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and teams.

Desirable/Differential:

• Previous experience in Healthtechs or Fintechs.
