Mid-Level Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Integration & Evolution: Deepen integrations between products and evolve existing data architectures, ensuring scalability.
• Maintenance & Performance: Maintain functions and integrations operating with high availability and a constant focus on performance improvement.
• Innovation: Actively contribute to building new solutions related to data structure and governance.
• Strategic Partnership: Work together with Product and Operations areas, supporting them with the necessary infrastructure for decision-making.
• Structuring: Help design and standardize internal processes of the engineering area, acting in a participatory manner in the construction of the sector.

Requirements:

• Project Experience: Track record of working on data service projects for various business units.
• Data Architecture: Practical experience in architecting structures such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or Lakehouse.
• Extraction & Manipulation: Experience extracting data from ERP systems and generating inputs for reports.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (relational and non-relational databases).
• Process Engineering: Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
• Hands-on Profile: Proactivity to execute and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Communication & Articulation: Ability to navigate between technical and business aspects, with ease in extracting requirements and aligning expectations.
• Business Vision: Interest in understanding the company context so that data reflects operational reality.
• Collaboration: Attitude geared towards teamwork and building processes "hand-in-hand".

• Experience with Databricks.
• Knowledge in Power BI for data availability.
