Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Full Development Cycle: Actively participate in the entire development lifecycle, from technical requirements refinement, through coding and testing, to production deployment.
  • Product Engineering: Create, maintain, and integrate complex systems, focusing on performance and security.
  • Architecture and Quality: Ensure the application of good coding practices (Clean Code) and scalable architectural patterns.
  • Work collaboratively with distributed teams, participating in daily stand-ups and planning sessions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to the team by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to development processes and the CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in frontend with: React.js, Angular, Vite
  • Knowledge and experience in Backend using .NET, C#, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM
  • Experience with banking integrations, payment methods, payment system architecture, and the financial backend business context in Brazil (e-commerce, fintechs, etc.)
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to identify and solve problems without the need for micromanagement.
  • Mentorship: Patience and teaching skills to share knowledge.
  • Resilience and Agility: Ability to work in a startup/healthtech environment where priorities may change.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a team, sharing ideas and fostering a positive work environment.

You will stand out if you have:

  • Knowledge in SOLID, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture / Ports and Adapters, Clean Code, Domain-Driven Design, Functional Programming, CQRS, Event-Driven, and Open API Specification.
  • Monitoring of Technical Metrics (Quality, Test Coverage, Code Complexity);
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
