- Provide initial support to customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception.
- Organize the queue of requests (tickets/messages), categorizing inquiries by priority.
- Answer frequent questions using our manual and script database.
- Collect and organize basic customer data to facilitate the work of technical teams.
- Keep the management system updated with the history of each interaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and report them to the supervisor.
- Possess knowledge of Products and Services to clarify doubts and guide customers.
- Manage multiple simultaneous conversations across different channels while maintaining quality.
- Pay attention to details when verifying documentation sent by the user, discerning whether it is a usability error, a bug, or a lack of user understanding.
