We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join MedSimples. As an agile startup, we need someone with high autonomy and a builder mindset, who is not afraid to structure processes from scratch.

You will be the technical reference for the team, supporting our Junior Analyst, ensuring that our physical and logical operations run with excellence, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Infrastructure Management (IT Ops):

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Firewalls).
• Responsible for asset management (Hardware): Stock control, acquisition, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and equipment.
• Administration of software licenses and IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and renewals.

Cloud & Systems:

• Administration of the Azure environment (Access management, resource monitoring, costs, and security).
• Identity and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID / Google Workspace).
• Implementation of improvements in internal-use software and support tools.

Technical Leadership & Security:

• Act as a technical mentor for the Junior Support Analyst.
• Apply information security concepts to protect endpoints and sensitive data.
• Create technical documentation and structure area processes that do not yet exist.

Technical Requirements:

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and Linux/MacOS.
• Networking: Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network equipment configuration (Routers/Switches - e.g., Ubiquiti, Cisco, Mikrotik).
• Cloud: Proven experience in administering Microsoft Azure (VM management, Virtual Networks, Backup, Cost Management).
• Access Management: Experience with AD (Active Directory), Azure AD (Entra ID), or Google Workspace.
• Tools: Knowledge of ITSM tools (ticketing) and inventory.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts (Security integrated into the development lifecycle).
