Efficiency Analyst - FP&A and Performance

Responsibilities:

• Support financial efficiency and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) projects, structuring analyses that support diagnostics and executive recommendations.
• Organize and process large volumes of financial and operational data, ensuring consistency and traceability of information.
• Build financial models, business cases, and calculation memos with high analytical rigor.
• Analyze fixed cost structures, contracts, and administrative expenses, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Prepare executive materials and presentations for management forums and boards of directors.
• Support the definition of value capture levers and monitor the evolution of results.
• Participate in interviews, surveys, and diagnostic initiatives with client areas.
• Structure financial and operational indicators that strengthen management discipline.
• Ensure logical coherence between data, analyses, and presented recommendations.

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in FP&A, consulting, controller's office, financial planning, or analytical areas.
• Experience in structured environments with clear goals and indicator monitoring.
• Participation in financial or operational projects with some level of complexity.
• Knowledge in financial modeling, cost analysis, and budget preparation, with a basic understanding of the financial planning and expense control cycle.
• Knowledge in efficiency methodologies, such as Zero-Based Budgeting, matrix expense management, and organizational structure reviews.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL or analytical languages tends to accelerate the learning curve.

Nice to have:

• Previous knowledge of efficiency projects or cost reviews.
