Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end efficiency and performance projects, from diagnosis to capturing results.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of cost structures, identifying inefficiencies, overlaps, and redesign opportunities.
• Structure robust financial theses, with quantitative backing and executive narrative.
• Drive qualified discussions with directorates and C-level executives, supporting recommendations with technical confidence.
• Build financial models, scenarios, and simulations to support key decisions.
• Orchestrate governance rituals, with rigorous tracking of targets, levers, and value capture.
• Design policies, controls, and permanent mechanisms for budgetary discipline.
• Act as a methodologist, elevating the analytical level of the teams involved.
• Ensure that gains are not only identified but effectively captured.

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in management consulting, strategic boutiques, or high-demand corporate analytical areas.
• In-depth experience leading efficiency projects, cost restructuring, or financial transformation.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and leading executive forums.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and business case development.
• Consistent knowledge of efficiency methodologies, such as Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), matrix expense management, and organizational structure reviews.
• Experience preparing executive materials for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools will be considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of governance mechanisms, financial planning, and performance tracking.
