To ace this role, you will need:
- Solid experience in software development with Ruby on Rails and a track record in technical leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices, and scalable development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, information security, and software quality standards.
- Experience in project leadership and making technical decisions.
- Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, and API development.
- Hands-on experience with agile metrics and tracking technical indicators.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
