Show originalWith a sense of ownership and collaboration, we join forces to remove barriers and drive business forward. We don't just offer digital solutions; we build the ecosystem that
drives entrepreneurship in Brazil.
The "It's always been done this way" doesn't define us: we question, learn, and evolve with every challenge, turning mistakes into innovation. And to do that, we build a team that plays together,
because we understand that the success of the whole is greater than any individual interest.
Our mission is to simplify the day-to-day of those who run businesses, and we do it with honesty in our relationships and a focus on what really matters.
If you seek consistent results that leave a legacy and believe technology only makes sense when it ensures the customer's success, your place is with us!
🔍 About the area:
🚀 What you'll come to transform:
In the LWSA ecosystem, you'll drive change. Your goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions become increasingly fluid, directly impacting thousands of businesses that rely on our technology to grow.
💼 Day-to-day responsibilities and activities:
- Design, develop, test, and deliver automation solutions (AI agents, RPA, API integrations) for internal operational processes;
- Map existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and prioritize the backlog with the squad;
- Act as a technical reference for the team (review code, guide solution architecture, unblock technical issues);
- Build and maintain integrations with legacy systems (e.g., ADP) via API, working around technical limitations when necessary;
- Technically validate automations before they go to production (testing, security, data integrity);
- Translate business needs (internal areas) into executable technical specifications;
- Report progress and results in a structured way to project leadership.
✨ What makes our eyes light up:
We're looking for people who live our essence and share our purpose: we transform businesses so they can grow and prosper through technology.
If you put the customer at the center, have a collaborative spirit and focus on what matters, always questioning, learning, and evolving, you already have what we need. We value people who roll up their sleeves and take responsibility!
🤩 We expect you to have:
- Hands-on experience in software development;
- Experience with process automation: RPA, API integrations, AI/LLM agents applied to business workflows;
- Experience in process improvement and operational transformation (mapping, prioritization, redesign);
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, engaging with non-technical business areas;
- Autonomy to solve complex technical problems without relying on constant direct management.
🌟 It will be a plus if you have:
- Prior experience with HR/payroll systems or automation in back-office areas;
- Experience building API/integration layers to work around legacy system limitations;
- Experience technically leading small squads.
