🚀 What you come to transform (Challenge):

In the LWSA ecosystem, you drive changes. Your goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions are increasingly fluid, directly impacting thousands of businesses that depend on our technology to grow.

💼 Responsibilities and day-to-day activities:

We are looking for a person to act as a Marketing Assistant, providing operational support to different fronts of the team, from event logistics and supplier relationships to brand repository curation and support in creating communications.

More than someone with theoretical marketing knowledge, we seek a person organized, with a sense of priority and proactivity to handle multiple demands at once, ensuring the team's operation flows with quality and within deadlines.

This position is fundamental to keep the Marketing team functioning with organization, agility, and brand consistency in day-to-day operations.

Among your main activities, we can highlight:

• Participate as staff in trade shows, congresses, and marketing and sales events, supporting setup, logistics, and on-site operation;
• Request, compare, and negotiate budgets with suppliers (gifts, graphic materials, booths, event services, among others), seeking the best cost-benefit;
• Control the physical stock of marketing materials (gifts, graphic materials, promotional items), including inputs, outputs, and replenishment;
• Perform invoice issuance in the system and monitor the payment process with responsible areas, ensuring deadlines and documentation organization;
• Support the creation and sending of internal communications, to the market and to clients, in partnership with copy and design;
• Organize and keep the Octadesk material repository updated (covers, arts, templates), supporting internal teams in identifying and correctly using pieces according to brand guidelines;
• Provide general administrative support to the team whenever necessary.

🤩 We expect you to have:

• Previous experience in marketing administrative routines (events, suppliers, stock, or finance);
• Basic knowledge of management tools (spreadsheets, stock/finance systems);
• Availability to work onsite at events when necessary;
• Live in São Paulo (or region), hybrid regime (2 to 3x per week onsite).

🌟 It will be a plus if you have:

• Previous experience with invoice issuance and payment monitoring;
• Experience with organizing brand repositories or design materials;
• Knowledge of internal communication tools (email marketing, Slack, etc.);
• Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
