🚀 What you will transform (The Challenge):

In the LWSA ecosystem, you drive change. Your goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions become increasingly seamless, directly impacting thousands of businesses that rely on our technology to grow.

💼 Responsibilities and day-to-day activities:

• Architect and develop technology solutions focused on integrating parcel logistics solutions;
• Implement APIs, model databases, and optimize application performance;
• Ensure ecosystem quality through critical code reviews and mentoring Level I developers;
• Perform software maintenance and proactively monitor system health (Observability);
• Manage the continuous delivery cycle (CI/CD), ensuring secure and automated deploys;
• Optimize the development flow using AI assistants (such as Cursor or Claude Code) to focus on architecture and complex business problems. Mandatory Requirements (Must-have)
• Solid experience in back-end development with PHP and the Laravel framework;
• Mastery of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL);
• Practical experience with Docker and collaborative workflows (Git);
• Knowledge of Software Engineering: Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns, and automated testing (TDD/BDD);
• Problem-solving, analytical profile with a strong orientation towards collaboration, communication, and continuous learning. Differentials (Nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with Node.js;
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB);
• Practice in Observability (New Relic, Datadog, or ELK);
• Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and messaging;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
