We are the platform that connects small and medium-sized retailers to the country's largest carriers, democratizing access to competitive shipping rates. We support business operations by promoting innovation, security, and operational efficiency. You will work in Squads using agile methodologies, collaborating deeply with Design, Product, and Back-end teams to simplify logistics for thousands of retailers through innovative solutions.

🚀 What you will transform (The Challenge):

In the LWSA ecosystem, you will lead change. Your goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions become increasingly seamless, directly impacting thousands of businesses that rely on our technology to grow.

💼 Responsibilities and day-to-day activities:

• Architect and develop client-side solutions using Vue.js and Nuxt.js;
• Focus primarily on Melhor Envio's embedded logistics solution;
• Ensure quality through critical Code Reviews and engineering best practices;
• Monitor system health in production (Observability) and propose continuous improvements;
• Manage the continuous delivery cycle (CI/CD) and optimize the development flow using AI tools (such as Cursor or Claude);
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentorships and Tech Talks. Mandatory Requirements
• Advanced mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Vue/Nuxt ecosystem;
• Experience with RESTful API-based architectures;
• Deep knowledge of CSS, preprocessors, and Tailwind;
• Strong focus on Responsiveness and Accessibility;
• Experience with automated testing (Vitest) and build tools (Vite);
• Understanding of technical SEO and CI/CD (GitHub Actions);
• Basic Back-end knowledge (Node.js or PHP/Laravel).
