Responsibilities and duties

📝 How your day-to-day will look:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable APIs using Node.js and Golang.
• Design, implement, and optimize microservices for high performance and low latency.
• Define and apply software architecture patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure code quality through good programming practices, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Implement solutions based on microservices architecture and distributed computing.
• Diagnose and fix performance and security issues in applications.
• Lead and mentor other developers, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic decisions related to the development and evolution of the company's products.
• Have familiarity with AI to support the development of solutions and perform fixes.

Requirements and qualifications

🎯 To excel in this role, you will need:

• Solid experience with development in Node.js and Golang.
• Advanced experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
• Experience with microservices architecture and messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js (desirable, but not mandatory).
• Experience with code versioning using Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD, BDD) and tools such as Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with the team.
• Technical leadership skills and ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers.
