About the Role

We are seeking a Project Specialist to lead high-complexity initiatives, ensuring value delivery aligned with business strategy. You will lead multidisciplinary projects, integrating agile and traditional management practices.

What We Expect from You

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Solid experience managing high-complexity projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and AI Agent management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (PMBOK).

Differentials

• Certifications: PMP (PMI), Prince2, ASM/PSM (Scrum Master), or Lean Six Sigma.
• Graduate degree or MBA in Project Management or Business.
• Advanced or fluent English.
