- Lead engineering teams in building and maintaining digital products.
- Coordinate the software development lifecycle in an agile and effective manner.
- Develop people through constant feedback, 1:1s with direct reports, and creating IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and action plans.
- Define and manage technical metrics, seeking continuous improvement in team performance and delivery quality.
- Participate in building the company's technology roadmap alongside Infrastructure and Operations teams.
- Foster a DevSecOps culture within the organization by implementing processes and tools for automation.

- Understanding of FinOps (management and optimization of infrastructure and cloud service costs).
Agile or Leadership Certifications:

Incident Resolution and Management:
