The LWSA Support team is the heart of our customer relationships. We are responsible for ensuring that every interaction is guided by excellence, technical solutions, and a human touch. Currently, we have a robust structure of 72 analysts split between phone and chat channels, all focused on one major common goal: winning the Penta championship on Reclame Aqui.
