Líder Técnico em Golang - Remoto

Responsibilities and duties

• Lead the technological restructuring of Bling's Fintech, gradually migrating to a microservices architecture using Golang.
• Support the definition and evolution of the distributed architecture of Bling, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and simplicity.
• Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business, performance, and software sustainability.
• Act as a technical mentor, sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of developers and software engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and tech deep dives with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
• Support the implementation of observability, automated testing, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to align technical strategy and innovation roadmap.
• Be an active voice in architecture forums, contributing to the company's long-term technical vision.
• Apply concepts of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in solution modeling and evolution, ensuring alignment between business rules and technical architecture;
• Incorporate artificial intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle, going beyond its use solely as a coding assistant.
• Promote the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), sharing experiences and recommended best practices.

Requirements and qualifications

• Advanced experience in backend development with the Golang language.
• Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and high-availability systems.
• Practical experience with messaging and events (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases in high-volume scenarios.
• A mindset focused on Scalability and Resilience (Design Patterns, SOLID, DDD).
• Openness and ease of working with PHP, which will initially be your main language.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Amazon CodeWhisperer) for coding and automation, aiming to accelerate projects and ensure high development efficiency.

What will make you stand out:

• Previous experience with Golang + PHP in production.
• Track record of migration of monoliths to microservices.
• Knowledge of Chaos Engineering or FinOps (cloud cost optimization).
• Experience creating AI agents that are autonomous, including defining objectives, tools, and execution workflows.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration platforms integrated with N8N or similar.
