🤩 We expect you to have:

• Solid experience in the Commercial Automation market (support for POS and ERP systems for Food and Retail).
• Knowledge in the issuance and rejection of Brazilian tax documents (NF-e, NFC-e, CF-e-SAT, NFS-e) and tax regimes (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, CST, CSOSN).
• Practical experience with TEF (Electronic Funds Transfer) architecture, card reconciliation, and acquiring networks.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in SQL queries (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Firebird, or MySQL) for report extraction, inventory corrections, and tax adjustments.
• Resilience (essential for handling the dynamism of the Food and Retail sectors), clear communication with store owners/managers, and an extremely solution-oriented profile.

🌟 It will be a plus if you have:

• Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, AZ-104, MS-900, ITIL v4).
• Previous experience in IT consulting or outsourcing companies (MSP).
• Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) applied to infrastructure.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B) and your own vehicle available for travel to clients.
• Knowledge of inventory rules, Bloco K, SPED Fiscal, and Sintegra.
• Degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in restaurant automation (order tickets/delivery).
