Support Coordinator (POS and ERP)

🤩 We expect you to have:

• Solid track record in Technical Support and Customer Service, preferably in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.
• Previous experience leading teams and managing conflicts.
• Understanding of retail ecosystems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and ERPs is a major plus.
• Ability to analyze data and turn numbers into action plans.
• Clear and empathetic communication, resilience to handle demand spikes, and extreme proactivity.

🌟 It will be a plus if you have:

• Technical knowledge in networks, thermal printers, and commercial automation hardware.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools such as Octadesk, Zendesk, Movidesk, Intercom, or similar.
