🤩 We expect you to have:

• Lead architectural definitions for the new Financial Management.
• Directly contribute to platform refactoring, one of LWSA's most strategic projects.
• Evolve our microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Mentor developers, raising the team's technical bar.
• Create architecture designs and support structural decisions.
• Promote engineering best practices, quality, and observability.
• Encourage and spread the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI First) as a development accelerator.
• Solid experience with microservices architecture and Hexagonal Architecture.
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Proven ability to act as a technical reference and influence decisions.
• Proactive, curious, autonomous profile with sharp critical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders. ## Differentiators
• Experience refactoring monolithic systems into microservices.
• Knowledge of PHP.
• Experience with financial systems (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Reconciliation, Payment Methods).
• Experience in SaaS companies or high data-volume environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in development (Copilots, Cursor, Claude, etc.). ## Deal-breakers (No-Go)
