🤩 We expect you to have:

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end with autonomy: from understanding the problem to deployment and operation.
• Deliver with speed and quality in critical areas — MCP, API evolution, AI assistants, or internal productivity, as assigned.
• Make technical decisions within the project scope, escalating to specialists only those that affect broad architecture.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables: testing, observability, documentation, and error handling.
• Collaborate with pods and matrix partners (Product, Infra, Data) to unblock dependencies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven seniority as a developer, with a history of delivering complete projects with little supervision.
• Real autonomy: ability to take on an ill-defined problem, structure the solution, and execute without needing micromanagement.
• Solid experience with APIs and integrations (consuming and building), including authentication, webhooks, and error handling.
• Maturity to balance speed with responsibility in critical systems — knowing when to go fast and when to be careful.
• Good communication to align scope, report progress, and flag risks early.
