As an Infrastructure Analyst with a focus on SRE, you will help maintain and evolve the ecosystem of applications and databases in the cloud, ensuring a scalable, resilient, and secure environment. Your role will be crucial in balancing the speed of delivering new features with the reliability of our services, using automation and engineering best practices to optimize our operations.

This opportunity is for remote work, under the CLT employment regime, with a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production environments, focusing on automation and reducing manual interventions (toil);
• Act throughout the service lifecycle, from design and deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement;
• Implement and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines;
• Administer and optimize critical services, including Kubernetes/ECS clusters and Database layers;
• Develop and maintain observability strategies (Logs, Metrics, and APM) to support root cause investigation and troubleshooting;
• Ensure security routines, backup policies, disaster recovery, and cloud cost management;
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software architecture and delivery processes;
• Document technical procedures and disseminate best practices in infrastructure and reliability within engineering;
• Proactively participate in continuous improvement analyses and high-availability system architecture.

Requirements and Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Solid knowledge in Linux system administration and cloud services (AWS);
• Practical experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS);
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and task automation;
• Knowledge in database management, network configuration, DNS, Load Balancers, and security layers (WAF);
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
• Experience with code versioning (Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD);
• Technical English for reading and research.

Differentials:

• Experience with programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.);
• Knowledge of SRE culture and practices (SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets);
• AWS or Kubernetes certifications.
