Architect - (Ruby on Rails, .NET)

Requirements and Qualifications

🎯 To ace this role, you will need:

• Deep knowledge of Ruby — It doesn't have to be your current day-to-day language, but it must be one you have mastered
• Solid experience with backend engineering in production: relational databases, messaging, REST APIs, automated testing
• Ability to navigate legacy code autonomously — understand what has been done, identify couplings, and propose incremental extractions
• Active use of agentic AI tools for programming (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in daily work — not as a curiosity, but as part of the development workflow

🚀 And if you also have these, even better:

• Experience with modern .NET — ideally someone who knows Ruby from their background and uses .NET in the present
• Experience with any opinionated framework or chassis for microservices (Spring Boot, .NET, etc.) as a conceptual reference
• Experience in PCI DSS and/or regulated environments (BACEN, Open Finance)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and container/Kubernetes practices
