🤩 We expect you to have:

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in coordinating technical teams, developing people, and managing the performance of IT teams.
• Architecture Vision: Ability to understand complex environments and propose solutions that balance technological innovation with operational stability.
• Strategic Leadership: Coordinate the technical team responsible for supporting and evolving Linux and Windows environments, ensuring the delivery of high-availability services to external customers (hosting) and internal users.
• Performance Management: Define, monitor, and elevate service levels (SLAs/SLOs) and operational indicators across the entire server ecosystem.
• Park Modernization: Lead initiatives for standardization, routine automation, and infrastructure modernization, eliminating manual tasks and technical debt.
• Crisis Management: Act on the front lines during critical incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration, efficient communication with stakeholders, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Project Planning: Coordinate the lifecycle of servers and services, from planning migrations and upgrades to implementing new infrastructure technologies.
• Security and Compliance: Supervise hardening practices, patch management, backup policies, and security compliance across all environments.
• Interface Between Teams: Actively collaborate with Network, Security, Product, and Engineering areas to enable new solutions and continuous improvements.
• Resource Management: Control budgets, deadlines, and allocation of technical resources for systems infrastructure projects.
• Culture of Excellence: Promote technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) culture within the team.

🌟 It will be a plus if you have:

• Operating Systems: Knowledge in administering Linux OS (Rocky, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server (versions 2012 to 2022).
• Network and Application Services: Mastery of Web servers (NGINX, Apache, IIS), knowledge of Databases (MySQL, SQL Server), and essential protocols (DNS, SMTP, FTP).
• Hosting: Knowledge in hosting environments:
• Web Servers (Apache, NGINX, IIS);
• Panels and common tools in the hosting universe (cPanel, Plesk, internal tools, automatic provisioning, etc.);
• Virtualization and Orchestration: Knowledge of platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or Proxmox.
• Observability: Monitoring and data analysis tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar).
• Infrastructure Security: Knowledge in hardening, WAF, attack mitigation (DDoS), firewalls, and vulnerability management in multi-tenant environments.
• IT Processes: Strong understanding of incident, change, and problem management based on market best practices (ITIL).
