The Position - On-site role in Joinville/SC

We are looking for a Project Manager who goes beyond tactical execution. We are seeking a leader with strategic business vision, proven experience in large-scale implementations, and strong leadership skills, able to orchestrate complex projects and ensure exceptional value delivery for our enterprise clients. This is a strategic position at Livon, where you will play an active role in managing the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning through delivery and post-implementation. You will serve as the essential bridge between our internal teams (Product, Technology, Customer Success) and client stakeholders (HR, Health, Safety, IT, C-levels), ensuring that Livon solutions are implemented efficiently, on time and within budget, and deliver the expected business impact for the client.

Your Responsibilities

•Lead and manage Livon platform implementation projects, from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards;

•Define scope, schedules, budgets, and resources required for each project, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Livon's strategic objectives;

•Act as the focal point for communication, managing expectations and resolving impediments between Livon's internal teams and client stakeholders;

•Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, proposing contingency plans and escalating when necessary to ensure operational flow;

•Ensure delivery quality, adherence to project management best practices, and maximum client satisfaction.

•Support the definition of integration strategies with third-party systems, such as ERPs (e.g., SAP), and other client technologies, facilitating interoperability.

•Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to drive the continuous evolution of Livon's offering.

•Report project status, KPIs, and results clearly and concisely to Livon leadership and clients.

What We're Looking For

•Solid and proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on software implementations for enterprise clients.

•Hands-on experience with large-scale projects, preferably with integrations to systems such as ADP, SAP, or other ERPs/HRIS.

•Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency in PM tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate at different hierarchical levels.

•Critical analysis, systems thinking, and complex problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.

•Basic knowledge of system architecture and integrations, facilitating communication and alignment with technical teams.

•Ownership mindset, professional maturity, and collaborative attitude, with a focus on collective success.

•Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM) are considered a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

•Experience with SaaS/AI B2B products.

•Experience in regulated environments (health, safety, compliance, sensitive data).

•Previous experience in fast-growth contexts and architecture/product evolution.

•Experience leading strategic discussions and influencing business decisions at clients.

•Familiarity with the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) or HR ecosystem
