About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to take on an important role in evolving our infrastructure, automation, security, and scalability.

Here, you will not only be responsible for keeping the infrastructure running. You will have ownership to build, automate, and evolve the infrastructure that supports our growth.

You will have autonomy, close collaboration with Product and Technology, and direct participation in architecture decisions, working in a company where infrastructure, data, and AI are central to the product.

Responsibilities

• Evolve our infrastructure on AWS;
• Build and maintain production and development environments;
• Develop CI/CD pipelines;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
• Work with Docker and containers;
• Implement observability, logs, metrics, and alerts;
• Evolve security and DevSecOps practices;
• Support architecture, scalability, and high availability;
• Automate processes and optimize cloud costs;
• Help resolve incidents and production issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or SRE;
• Solid experience with AWS;
• Docker and CI/CD;
• Terraform or another IaC tool;
• Linux, networking, and troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of automation with Python or Bash.

• Kubernetes/EKS;
• GitHub Actions;
• Lambda;
• Observability;
• DevSecOps;
• FinOps;
• SaaS experience.

Work model and location

The role is on-site, in Joinville/SC.
